Return and Exchange Policy


At HATS WITH HEART your satisfaction and comfort is our priority. We will gladly refund your money or provide you with a product that better suits your needs. This policy aims to provide quality NEW hats in top condition to all customers. Please carefully review our policy so we can exchange or provide you with a full refund. Items that do not meet our policy requirements will be returned at the customers expense.

  • Returns must be made WITHIN 30 days of original purchase date and should be accompanied by your packing slip or receipt. Please fill out the RETURN SLIP included in your package to expedite your process.
  • Tags must be in tact on the product. We are unable to refund products without tags.
  • Hats that have been laundered are unable to be returned.
  • If product has damage when returned including: crushing, bent, excessive wrinkling and or smoke damage we are unable to issue a refund. It's recommended to use similar packaging your product was shipped in to minimize potential damage.
  • Products returned with stains, make-up, loose hair, odors, or are stretched will not be issued a refund. It is HIGHLY recommended you remove all make-up before trying on a hat.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Products purchased with a gift certificate may only be EXCHANGED for product of equal or lesser value. Cash refunds will not be issued.
  • Sorry, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
  • In the event that your item is damaged upon receipt, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please contact Hats With Heart for directions on how to proceed. All damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt. In the unlikely event we have shipped an incorrect product, please notify Hats With Heart so we can replace and ship the correct product at once.

*RESTOCKING FEE
  • Purchased hats in usable condition may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. The returned material fees are necessary to cover the time required for product inspection and the cost of repackaging the product for future shipment. We establish the restocking fee upon receipt of your return. The fee will cover only the actual labor and repackaging costs, but will not exceed 15%. We will refund the remaining balance to you with the original purchase method. We believe that this is a fair policy because lower overhead results in lower prices for all of our customers.
